RSP/6B/1M: Grinding of knife handles
The robotic grinding station of the series RSP/6B/1M is designed for grinding handles and similar workpieces.
The station is equipped with:
- six one-sided belt grinding stations type BSS 10
- indexing rotary table magazine type Z 31 with 160 holders
- six-axis Kuka robot type KR 60-3
- robot gripper with automatic gripper changing system
- tool changing drawer system
- camera measuring system with two cameras for measuring knife handles in three dimensions to compensate for raw part tolerances
- offline programming
