RSP/5B/1F/2L: Milling and flat grinding of knife handles

The robotic cell is designed for surround-milling of handles and flat grinding of stainless steel rivets. By means of surround milling of the handle a repeatable contour is achieved for further grinding and polishing processes.

The station is equipped with:

  • one belt grinding station of the series BSS10
  • two belt grinding stations of the series BSS14 for pre-grinding
  • two belt grinding stations of the series BSS14 for finish grinding
  • one milling station
  • two laser measuring stations
