RSP/1B/1P/1L: Grinding and polishing of screen baskets

The robotic station of the series RSP/1B/1P/1L is designed for the machining of screen baskets and similar workpieces.

The robotic station is equipped with:

• belt grinding station
• polishing station
• laser measuring system

The robotic grinding and polishing systems are designed for the machining of a big range of workpieces. They can be equipped with various processing stations such as belt grinding stations, deburring stations, milling stations, brushing stations, polishing stations, measuring and magazine systems. The configuration of the robotic cell depends on the requirements of the workpiece.
