Measurement of grinding width, grinding height and grinding profiles
For quality monitoring, each processing station can be equipped with laser measuring technology and a camera measuring station.
The grinding height is monitored with laser measuring technology and the symmetry of the grinding width on both sides with cameras. The measuring results are visualized, evaluated, documented and processed in a closed control loop.
