RSP/2B/1F: Machining of cast iron parts

The modular robotic grinding station of the series RSP/2B/1F is designed for grinding and deburring of cast iron parts and similar workpieces.

The robotic cell consists of:

  • feeding by conveyor belt
  • prepositioning on camera measuring table
  • compensation of workpiece tolerances using a camera measuring system
  • deburring of the inner side of the handle by means of a high frequency motor spindle
  • finishing of the outer face with belt grinding station BSS114
