RSP/1F/1R/1M/1L: Deburring of large-volume parts
The fully automated robot cell is designed for deburring large-volume workpieces. The feeding is carried out by the customer via a loading and unloading position. From then on, the workpiece is machined fully automatically.
- positioning of the workpiece on CNC rotary table for machining within the production center
- rotary table axis fully integrated into the robot control system
- machining of the workpiece with various rotating tools such as grinding wheels or milling cutters
- tool changing system taking place from a change magazine
- preparation of the machining by means of offline programming - e.g. via RobotStudio
- calibration of workpieces with laser distance sensor and force torque sensor
- fully automatic swarf removal from the working area
- workspace monitoring at the rotary table
- soundproof enclosure
Thanks to additional measurement technology, this robot cell can be offered as a turn-key solution.
