RSP/1F/1R/1M/1L: Deburring of large-volume parts

The fully automated robot cell is designed for deburring large-volume workpieces. The feeding is carried out by the customer via a loading and unloading position. From then on, the workpiece is machined fully automatically.

  • positioning of the workpiece on CNC rotary table for machining within the production center
  • rotary table axis fully integrated into the robot control system
  • machining of the workpiece with various rotating tools such as grinding wheels or milling cutters
  • tool changing system taking place from a change magazine
  • preparation of the machining by means of offline programming - e.g. via RobotStudio
  • calibration of workpieces with laser distance sensor and force torque sensor
  • fully automatic swarf removal from the working area
  • workspace monitoring at the rotary table
  • soundproof enclosure

Thanks to additional measurement technology, this robot cell can be offered as a turn-key solution.
