DM3: Drilling of circular knives
The CNC-controlled drilling machine of the DM3 series is designed for drilling, countersinking and tapping of circular knives with a max. diameter of 1.100 mm.
The loading and unloading of the machine is performed by robot.

- TeamViewer for diagnosis/remote control CNC and PLC function
- machining spindles with CNC feed for drilling, tapping and countersinking
- ultrasonic sensors with evaluation unit for automatic breakage control and spindle monitoring
- IO-Link interface as industry 4.0 interface for the acquisition of sensor signals including signal supply via bus system
