Automatic feed systems
The machines can be equipped with different automatic workpiece feed systems.
Shaft-like workpieces are generally fed through the spindle automatically. This arrangement means the machining space is uncluttered by magazine systems and is thus readily accessible to allow the operator to change tools quickly.
Automation systems can be supplied as follows:
- bowl feeders with optical workpiece recognition and orientation
- step feeders combinable with stamping units
- gravity feeders with pick and place system
- gantry loading systems with swivel grippers

- conveyor systems
