At the GrindingHub for the second time

GrindingHub is taking place for the second time in Stuttgart until May 17. We are there again, presenting solutions for grinding, deburring and sharpening workpieces and steel strip.

NEW: A measuring system for measuring the sharpness and cutting ability of knives and blades can now be integrated into the processing cells!

The measuring process is based on a cut in and through a strip-shaped film. During the cut, the cutting force acting on the strip-shaped test medium is measured by a force transducer and recorded by the measuring device. The result is a force-displacement curve that provides information about the cutting properties of the cutting edge over the tested cutting edge length.
