In 2023 the Berger Gruppe has developed new technology in the field of CNC machines and robotic cells as follows:
| CG2/2B | CNC contour grinding machine with two belts and CNC controlled fixture clamping for positioning and oscillation |
| PH/PB/RAA | CNC grinding system for bevel and peripheral grinding of machine knives with cameracontrolled Berger Feeder, camera measuring, laser marking and packing |
| BG2 | Universal magazine feeding system for professional knives |
| HG2/BF2 | Berger Feeder 2 with camera control and robot loading for HG2 |
| RAA | Robot controlled sorting of agricultural knives and feeding of hardening bins with robot gripper exchange system |
| DEB/HSWV | CNC grinding machine for double edge blades with 29 CNC-axes and breaking system |
| SVZ/WSL5 | CNC strip grinding machine for serrating of up to 140 band saws |
| BR8 | Breaking system for single edge razor blades with up to 2000 parts/min, including magazining |
| DG1 | CNC grinding machine with two CNC-axes and 2 × three clamping fixture, automatic washing and robot loading |
| RTF2 | CNC grinding machine for flat grinding of brake discs and clutch plates |
