The machining cell is equipped with two robots, two BSS10 series belt grinding stations and two rotary table magazines.
The handling robot, equipped with a double gripper, removes the workpiece from the magazine, aligns it and makes it ready for the machining robot.
Using a double-sided robot gripper, the machining robot picks up the workpiece and feeds it to the machining stations.
Thanks to an additional seventh axis (rotary axis) in the robot arm, complex geometries can be ground.
