Euroguss 2026
From January 13 to 15, 2026, Euroguss will open its doors for the 30th time in Nuremberg (Germany), showcasing technology, processes, and products for innovative solutions in die casting.
The Berger Gruppe will present solutions for the automated mechanical processing of cast and forged parts.
Request your admission voucher and visit our booth 226 in hall 7. We look forward to seeing you there!
New at Euroguss
Manual deburring and cleaning are non-value-adding activities that take up a significant amount of time, even in highly automated production of cast and forged parts. Due to a lack of process reliability, they also lead to a high risk of rework and scrap, often only at the end of the process chain.
At the upcoming Euroguss, the Berger Gruppe will present solutions for robotic deburring and cleaning of cast and forged parts. In the processing cell on display, the workpiece is guided by a cobot in a simulated manner along two processing stations.
(Fully) automated robotic machining cells are increasingly being used in the foundry industry. The Berger Gruppe has implemented more than 1,100 robot applications in the foundry industry and other sectors.
