On August 20, 2024, the Berger Gruppe and the STAHL KREBS company will hold a Cutlery Symposium in the USA for the first time. In 10 presentations, topics related to the manufacture of cutlery such as material science, the newest developments in the field of grinding technology and sharpening testing will be examined in greater detail.
