New features of the NT version

  • linear motor in the main feed axes (X)
  • helical direct gearbox in the A-axis and in the /RV machines also in the B-axis, thus higher rigidity in both axes
  • new machine body with enlarged water outlets and optimized, sloped water channels
  • new headstock with reinforced bearings and guide system for drive motor with pulley, elimination of multi-spline pulley
  • servo drive and ball screw for the headstock with integration as additional axis in the CNC control system
  • new measuring control type BEM-Digital/Diamond and BEM AE (ultrasonic)/Diamond for stone compensation
  • new PC-based Windows control Andron or Siemens
