The strip grinding machine of the HK series is designed for grinding and polishing hooked blades.

The grinding station is conceived for metal strips with a maximum width of 50 mm and a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. Four grinding units are arranged at a different angle achieving a double-sided grinding operation. The line machines 35 to 40 blades per minute.

The line consists of:

• decoiler
• two grinding stations of the BSM/HK series
• two grinding stations of the BSM/HK/P series
• drying station
• CNC roller feed
• pneumatical breaking machine
• recoiler
