The CNC-controlled flat bevel grinding machine BG3/RH/VSS/NT presented here is designed for machining curved cutting edges on large cooking knives.

The stroke is extended by the additional stone axis Z, so that a flat grinding on the side surface and a bevel grinding on the cutting edge of the workpiece can be achieved in one clamping.

The machine is equipped with a reinforced rotation axis C, with which a radii grinding can be achieved even on large/heavy workpieces with a larger radius and higher material removal.
