Up to five rotating tools - such as grinding pencils and burrs, abrasive buffs or brushes - machine workpieces with complex geometries.
The programmed curved lines are processed one after another in geometrical order. An integrated 3D probe measures complete workpieces or single contour elements for programming and control of workpiece position.
Due to especially developed milling tools, even and narrow deburring edges are machined reliably in production at die-cast aluminum parts.
