On February 23rd the service manager of the Tube Innovation Network met for the second time.
This time the meeting took place in factory of the Berger Gruppe in Wuppertal. Key issue of the meeting were modalities of maintenance, training, consultations via phone or internet and how to realize the highest availability. The aim of this meeting was to guarantee an all-in service to the customer.
