Internship robotics | Accompanying the lecture in the field of special mechanical engineering of the University in Wuppertal (Germany), an internship took place on 23rd of January 2020 in the facilities of the Berger Gruppe.

The peripheral grinding machine is designed for radii grinding on the cutting edges of crush cutters.

Berger Feeder | In processing cells for bulk material, the workpieces - in this case pocket knife parts - are fed via the Berger Feeder Transport System.
The sorted, clean and dry workpieces fall randomly - optionally from a bunker - onto the Berger Feeder conveyor belt, which feeds them to a camera measuring table.

BSM | The steel strip grinding plant presented here is designed for the processing of steel strip for the production of microtome blades with three angles.
The line is composed of six processing stations:
The production line is equipped with three measuring stations, each with two camera measuring systems for recording the facet width and a laser measuring system for measuring the strip height.
