Steel strip grinding line for microtome blades
BSM | The steel strip grinding plant presented here is designed for the processing of steel strip for the production of microtome blades with three angles.
The line is composed of six processing stations:
- BSM3000/2E | 2 steel strip grinding stations for one-sided straight finish grinding
- BSM3000/1D | 1 steel strip grinding station for double-sided straight finish grinding
- BSM1500/TT | 1 steel strip grinding station for straight micro-grinding
- BSM3000/2DP | 2 steel strip grinding stations for double-sided polishing and deburring of micro-ground blades
The production line is equipped with three measuring stations, each with two camera measuring systems for recording the facet width and a laser measuring system for measuring the strip height.
