PH/PB: SHAFT AND SERRATED GRINDING

The CNC-controlled peripheral grinding machine grinds the crowned outer side and the hollow inner side of scissors with a three- to five-axis grinding table.
With an additional vertical axis, it achieves scalloped grinding, cross serration or contour grinding.

• Grinding wheel diameter 400 mm (can be machined down to 300 mm)
• Grinding wheel width up to 130 mm
• X-axis travel up to 640 mm
• Frequency converter for stepless control of the spindle speed
• Four-axis CNC control
