We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. It goes without saying that we always treat your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. We have appointed a competent and reliable external data protection officer. The external data protection officer is UIMC Dr. Voßbein GmbH & Co KG(https://datenschutz.uimc.de [external site]).

In the following, we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In principle, you can use our online services without disclosing your identity. If we request personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) on the website, e.g. in the context of contact forms or during registration, this is done on a voluntary basis. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials/information).

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. The data marked as mandatory is required in order to be able to assign and answer the request. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with and after the retention obligations under tax and commercial law have expired.

Once you have given your consent – for example for the purpose of receiving a newsletter or other interesting information from our company – you can revoke it at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. To do so, you can use the above-mentioned contact form or another method mentioned in the newsletter.

DATA SHARING
Your data will not be shared with third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes without your express consent. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is legally permissible [e.g. on the basis of Article 6 GDPR] and/or necessary.
