The Berger Gruppe develops and builds CNC-controlled machines and robot cells for various industries. Every year, 10-12 new types of machines or new production processes are completed from a total of 80-110 new systems.
Machines for individual workpieces
Machines for steel strip
The Berger Gruppe offers machines and systems for the mechanical processing of steel strips. The strips are either ground or processed by metal-cutting. The focus is on processing razor blades, scalpel blades, saws, technical blades, special surgical blades and similar workpieces.
Automation & process technology
Various production processes can be automated and equipped with measurement technology as well as loading and unloading technologies. Workpieces can be fed in randomly via conveyor belts, separated, detected, gripped by the robot and fed to subsequent processes.
Robot processing cells
The Berger Gruppe’s product range includes more than 1,100 robot applications for different applications. Depending on the nature of the workpiece, the robot cell is equipped with different processing stations, whereby either the workpiece or the tool is guided by robots.
After Sales
The Berger Gruppe’s after-sales service includes services such as machine check-ups, upgrades, mechanical overhauls and training, as well as the sale of accessories and grinding wheels.
