UNIVERSAL ROLLING-SHAPING SYSTEM
The manually swiveling combination tool system can be moved from the vertical to the horizontal position in no time at all. Polygonal profiles are produced in the horizontal tool spindle position. For the machining of external gears, the tool unit is swiveled into the vertical position. The short set-up time impressively underlines the high flexibility of the machine.
MULTI EDGE SYSTEM - EXTRA STRONG
Universally applicable for medium to large cutting capacities in single and series production of multi-edges and end profiles.
DUAL ROLLER HEAD SYSTEM
The vertical and horizontal tool spindles are stationary. Both tool systems can be used without retooling. This allows polygonal and radial profiles to be machined in a single clamping operation. The high static and dynamic rigidity of the machine elements allows the use of state-of-the-art carbide cutting tools. The result is short cycle times, high precision and long tool life.
