The Berger Gruppe offers various automatic feeding systems for roll forming centers, such as vibratory conveyors, step conveyors or gravity conveyors.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEMS
The machines can be equipped with various automatic workpiece feed systems.
Shaft-shaped workpieces are fed automatically by the spindle. As a result, the machine's work area remains freely accessible without disruptive magazine superstructures. Tools and clamping devices can be changed quickly and easily.
The following automation systems are offered:
- Vibratory conveyor with optical workpiece detection
- Lifting conveyor, can be combined with stamping unit
