RSP/1F/1R/1M/1L: DEBURRING OF LARGE-VOLUME WORKPIECES

The fully automated robot cell is designed for deburring large-volume workpieces. It is fed by the customer via a loading and unloading position. From then on, the workpiece is processed fully automatically.

• Positioning of the workpiece for machining within the production area on CNC rotary table
• Rotary table axis fully integrated into robot controller
• Machining the workpiece with different rotating tools such as grinding wheels or milling cutters
• Tool change from the change magazine
• Preparation for machining using offline programming - e.g. via RobotStudio
• Measurement of workpieces via laser distance sensor and force-torque sensor
• Fully automatic chip removal from the work area
• Workspace monitoring on the turntable
• Soundproof enclosure

Thanks to additional measurement technology, this robot cell can be offered as a turn-key solution.
