- CNC rotary table to accommodate five processing stations
- Five single-sided sanding machines from the P3 series, designed for wet sanding with nozzles for intensive cooling
- CNC dressing unit with two CNC axes
- Measuring station for workpiece measurement, consisting of two U-shaped lasers, one double laser
- Distance sensor and a tactile Tesa button
- Turning and centering station
- 180° loading table
- Robot with gripper changing system
- Gripper change for processing the other side of the workpiece
The robot-supported sanding and polishing systems are designed for processing a wide range of workpieces. They can be equipped with various processing stations such as belt grinding stations, deburring stations, milling stations, brushing stations, polishing stations, measuring and magazine systems. The configuration of the robot cell depends on the requirements of the workpiece.
