Robot handling technology for loading and unloading
Depending on the requirements, there are a variety of options, e.g. loading a single machine, several machines or integrating a sanding machine into a production cell.
ROBOT TECHNOLOGY FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING
For over 20 years, the Berger Gruppe has been using robots for loading and unloading both conventional and CNC-controlled machines.
Depending on the requirements, there are a variety of options, e.g. loading a single machine, several machines or integrating a sanding machine into a production cell.
Different robot types and models are used, such as MITSUBISHI, FANUC, EPSON, KUKA, ABB, DENSO or STÄUBLI.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES FOR ROBOT LOADING:
- Surgical scissors with round magazine
- Tools, cheese knife with vertical stacking magazine
- Circular knife with vertical stacking magazine
- Garden shears with stacking magazine
- Pocket knife blades in conjunction with step conveyors
APPLICATION EXAMPLES FOR ROBOT APPLICATIONS:
- Sharpening and / or deburring knife blades from a magazine with sharpening machines from the SM series
- Robot sanding and polishing stations RSP series
