WINDING ON THE UNWINDER AND REWINDER

Julius offers unwinding and rewinding systems so that it is possible to wind from coil to coil, from multicoil to coil or from coil to coil.

The infinitely adjustable bobbin guide can be adjusted to different guide widths. This
makes it easy to vary between different belt widths.

It makes sense to use a fixed coil guide for weak belt cross-sections. With the kinematic winding guide, it is possible to wind consistently close to the coil. This optimizes the laying accuracy.

• Coil width: 100-400 mm (or by arrangement)
• Coil weight: 1-2.7 t (or by arrangement)
• Coil width: 3-80 mm
• Belt material: all machinable materials
• Fixed or infinitely adjustable winding guide optional
• Belt tension control with S-block and belt tension position dancer
• Optionally with two side guides for unwinding or with flange adapter from cassettes
• When winding:
  - with and without side screens
  - on fixed cores with and without side screens
  - via flange adapters in cassettes
