Various coolant systems can be integrated into an August Nell jr. or Werner Peters grinding system. The design of these systems depends on the requirements for water quantity, pressure and purity.
Cooling when grinding steel strip
The design of coolant systems used in grinding systems depends on the requirements for water quantity, pressure and purity of the water. Options: e.g. flow monitors, magnetic switches or float switches.
These components can be combined depending on requirements. Depending on requirements, water recooling must also be taken into account. Can also be installed:
- Flow monitor (for monitoring the level of the coolant flow)
- Magnetic switch (water level/stop)
- Float switch (level monitoring)
- Cooling unit for constant coolant temperature
- Used machines
