The Berger Gruppe offers a wide range of tool holders for different applications. Thanks to the modular system, it is possible to combine tool and reel holders flexibly and exchange them at any time.
The angle of the tools can be infinitely adjusted. The spindle can be adjusted backlash-free. With the tool holder type WZWV 9013 pro, it is possible to regulate and adjust the angle of the tool during the production process. This minimizes material waste.
Various tool holders are available:
- WZWV 9013 Pro: Angle adjustment during the production process
- WZHH 2021: 90° with setting angle 15°
- WZHH 2909: Double tool holder 30°
- WZWV 9010: with infinitely adjustable angle 0-90°
- WZWV 9013: with infinitely adjustable angle 0-30°
- WZWV 9015: 15 ° headed, designed for machining from above
