RSP/2S: SHARPENING AND RESHARPENING OF CIRCULAR KNIVES
The RSP/2S robot grinding station has a modular structure and is designed for processing circular knives with a diameter of 70 to 200 mm. The outside diameter is measured with a laser measuring station.
- Single-sided machining station with diamond grinding wheel from the P3/T series
- Magazine is placed over stacking magazine with subsequent storage on mandrel
- Workpiece spindle for holding the circular blade for continuous turning after measuring the outside diameter
