Internship special machine construction

Accompanying the lecture series “Special Mechanical Engineering” at the University of Wuppertal, an internship took place on February 7, 2022 on the premises of the Berger Gruppe.

15 students took part in the internship at the Wuppertal-based specialist for robot applications. After a short introduction by Benjamin Johann, head of the Berger Gruppe’s robotics department, the students were able to gain practical experience with robots. Under the guidance of three robot specialists from the Berger Gruppe, they designed a robot program for drawing geometric figures.

In close cooperation with the University of Wuppertal, the Berger Gruppe regularly offers internships in the field of robot programming.
