The TRIO strip edge trimming machine is a medium sized chasing unit with 9 tools and 9 rollers. It works with chip removal, whereby the tool is arranged against the roller. Depending on the strip thickness and strip material, almost all contours, bevels and chamfer lengths can be achieved. It can be easily integrated into existing systems.

If the production speed is high and/or the chips are thick, more energy is introduced into the process. A cooling and/or lubrication system will absorb the higher load. The modular strip edge trimming machine can be combined with strip surface treatment modules. The TRIO strip edge trimming machine is often integrated into a complete strip edge trimming line, as the main processing machine or into an existing line such as a tube processing line.
