The SVZ series steel strip grinding machine achieves serration on steel strip, whereby up to 44 strips can be processed simultaneously.
SVZ: SERRATED GRINDING ON UP TO 44 BELTS SIMULTANEOUSLY
The SVZ series grinding machine achieves serrated grinding on metal belts.
Up to 44 belts with a maximum belt thickness of 1.5 mm can be processed simultaneously. The system consists of a vertical unwinder, a belt grinding station from the SVZ series and a rewinder.

C-axis, programmable axis for relief grinding from 0°-18°
X-axis, indexing feed of the belt, drive with linear motor and direct measuring system for maximum precision - Diamond-coated profile roller, dressing roller bearing on both sides
- Precision bearing mounted shaft with 30 kW main drive
- Dressing intervals can be pre-programmed with automatic compensation of wheel wear
