The BSM3000/SP brushing and deburring station processes hair cutting blades, cutting rules, serrated machine knives for the food industry and similarly shaped workpieces. It is designed as a spiral brushing station with two spindle bearings each mounted on a swing arm.

- Frequency converter for stepless regulation of the spindle speed
- Pneumatic, cyclical lifting of the brushes and release of the belt clamp for the indexing belt feed
- Angle correction through mechanical height adjustment
- Compensation of brush wear through mechanical stop adjustment
- Prepared for wet machining
