RST6: SERRATED GRINDING ON JIGSAWS

Rotary index table grinding machines in various configurations are designed for grinding steak knives, jigsaws and similar workpieces as well as for grinding serrated blades.

• Two WSL series grinding stations
• Positioning of the grinding stations for cross toothing, e.g. at 25°
• Positioning the sanding stations for relief sanding
• Feeding via stacking magazine with 1,000 mm loading capacity
• Workpiece separation
• Workpiece feed via pick and place unit
• Precision rotary indexing table with four positions
• Storage in stacking magazine
• Output approx. 300 to 350 jigsaws/hour
