RSP/1B: Serration of knife blades
The robot grinding station of the RSP/1B series is designed for serrating knife blades and similarly shaped workpieces. With the help of a robot, e.g. IRB 140F/ABB, the table knife blade is ground on a straight, profiled toothed wheel. The contour of the blade can be programmed according to the workpiece.
The robot cell is equipped as follows:
- a belt grinding station
