Special measuring technology for measuring the grinding width, grinding height and grinding profile of steel strip can be integrated into steel strip grinding machines.
Measurement of grinding width, grinding height and grinding profile
Each processing station can be equipped with laser measuring technology and a camera measuring station for quality monitoring.
The grinding height is monitored using laser measurement technology and the symmetry of the grinding width on both sides is monitored using cameras. The measurement results are visualized, evaluated, documented and processed in a closed control loop.
