- Grinding with two cup wheels, each at an angle of 45° to the workpiece
- This ensures constant cutting edge width and hollowing, independent of slip ring wear
- Slip ring dimensions depend on material thickness, cutting edge width and cutting edge thickness
- Programming with contour probe installed on grinding machine
- Slip ring diameter of 80, 125, 175, 200 or 220 mm
- Motors fully enclosed and equipped with high-quality moisture protection insulation
- Two digital measuring controls for monitoring slip ring wear integrated into the CNC control system
- Integration of a CNC-controlled Scotch-Brite station for polishing the workpiece in the same set-up
- Individual wear measurement of both grinding wheels and readjustment after each grinding process via CNC feed axes
- Automatic, interval-controlled central grease lubrication
- Digital four-axis Windows control (X, Y and 2 spindle axes)
- Sanding lengths up to 430 mm
- Sensor programming by scanning the contour and exporting the data directly to the programming interface
- The grinding wheels are driven by special motors with precision-bearing shafts
