Designed for processing under high loads with high material removal, the grooving machine removes a trace of the coating from the belt surface.
NU/S: METAL-CUTTING STRIP SURFACE FINISHING FOR HEAVY-DUTY APPLICATIONS
As with the NU series grooving machine, the NU/S series grooving machine uses one tool per module to remove one track of coating from the belt surface. The tool can be adjusted vertically and horizontally.
The grooving machine of the NU/S series was designed for machining under high loads with high material removal. It can be designed as one module (NU/S), two (DNU/S) or several modules. If a wide track of the coating needs to be removed from the underside of the belt, the DNU/U/S is used.
