DWP: Pre-polishing and mirror polishing of spoons and forks

The double shaft polishing machines in the DWP series are designed for pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of spoons and forks, with each model taking on a specific task in the production chain.

DWP/1S

The DWP/1S double shaft polishing machine is designed for pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of cutlery on both sides.

• Pressure beam for perfect processing of the lobe tip
• Pneumatically swiveling clamping tool for flawless processing of the bucket edges
• Roller contact pressure via pneumatic cylinder (three different contact pressures can be selected)
• Upper polishing roller can be swiveled in manually at the front and rear
• Longitudinal and transverse movement of the cross table controlled via hydraulics or electromagnetically via geared motor

DWP/VS

The double shaft polishing machine type DWP/VS is designed for double-sided pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of the transitions from the spoon to the handle.

DWP/2S

The double shaft polishing machine type DWP/2S is designed for processing both sides of the handle of spoons, forks or similar shaped workpieces as well as knife blades of monobloc knives.

For pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of spoons and forks, single and double shaft polishing machines of the following types can be combined to form a production line:
