Inline inspection system for quality assurance in the steel strip grinding process and in robot cells after the grinding process

The system consists of:

• two camera measuring systems
• LED system

One application of the cutting edge angle inspection system is its integration into a steel strip grinding station from the BSM3000/TTGB series for inspecting the grinding of the Gothic arch on razor blades.
