The HK series steel strip grinding machine is designed for grinding and polishing hook blades.
The sanding station is designed for metal strips with a maximum width of 50 mm and a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. Four grinding units are arranged at different angles, resulting in a double-sided grinding process. The system processes 35 to 40 blades per minute.
The system consists of:

- Two grinding stations from the BSM/HK series
- Two grinding stations from the BSM/HK/P series
- Drying station
- CNC roll feed
- Pneumatic breaker
- Recoiler
