The grooving machine of the NU series uses a tool to remove a web of coating from the belt surface. The tool can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.

The groove scraper of the NU series removes one track of the coating from
the belt surface with one tool. The tool can be adjusted vertically and horizontally.
With the DNU type groove scraper, two groove scrapers are connected in series.
The DNU/U processes the surface from below and removes two tracks of the coating. It is used when the groove needs to be drawn in on the lower side of the belt surface.
