DR SERIES FLAT LEVELER
The DR series levelers are used for easy flat leveling of coil material. They reduce wave formation and eliminate coil curvature.
- Belt width: up to 1,500 mm as standard
- Tape thickness: up to 6 mm
- Straightening roller Ø: variable depending on strip thickness Number of straightening rollers: variable
- Options: Drive, support rollers, alligator opening, dirt scraper and drive rollers
CALIBRATION MACHINE OF THE FW SERIES
The window rollers of the FW series calibrate the strip thickness with an accuracy of up to ±0.005 mm.

HDR SERIES HIGHEDGING MACHINE
The HDR series of high edge levelers eliminates sabre formation. They are designed for narrow belts
with a corresponding thickness/width ratio.

- 5 hold-down roller sets
