The robot cell is designed for processing scissors and similarly shaped workpieces. The belt grinding stations are used for back grinding on scissors, while the flat bevel grinding machines achieve surface grinding.
The robot cell is equipped as follows:
- Two belt grinding stations from the BSS10 series
- a flat bevel grinding machine from the BG1/NT series
- two robots
- a stacking magazine
