The CNC-controlled precision flat grinding machine FS110/400/P achieves flat grinding on long knives with a peripheral grinding wheel. The maximum grinding length is 4,000 mm and the grinding height is 200 mm.

The CNC-controlled precision flat grinding machine FS110/400/P achieves flat grinding on long knives with a peripheral grinding wheel. The maximum grinding length is 4,000 mm and the grinding height is 200 mm.
In contrast to the standard FS flat grinding machine, the FS110/400/P has the following technical specifications:
- Peripheral grinding wheel: Ø 400 mm x max. 80 mm width, ID 127 mm
- Infeed: Stepless
- Tactile measuring system for stone wear compensation (optional)
- Magnetic table with three magnets each 1,350 × 250 mm, fixed
- Trolley speed: 0-30 m/min programmable
- Carriage with oscillation stroke, oscillation with 450 mm stroke via additional carriage in conjunction with servo motor/ball screw drive
