On 28^th of March 2019, the 19^th Girls' Day took place in Germany. The Berger Grippe took part again and offered four schoolgirls the opportunity to get a taste of the profession of mechatronics technician.

Two employees of the Berger Gruppe answered the students' questions.

Started as a pilot project in 2001 with 1,800 jobs, Girls' Day today offers over 97,000 girls an insight into so-called "male professions".

Boys' and Girls' Day is one of the world's largest projects for cliché-free career orientation.
