Integration of production processes<\/span><\/h2>\n

A CNC milling station with a special device was integrated into the production system for centering, drilling, tapping and milling the carbide recess of surgical instruments.<\/p>\n

    Grinding processes for surgical scissors<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The BG0\/RV series flat bevel grinding machine is designed for grinding highly curved radii on surgical scissors, tweezers, forceps or similar workpieces. The BG0\/RV uses four axes to grind highly curved radii. The contour is measured by laser and the recorded data is exported to the program interface. <\/p>\n

    Bevel grinding on mounted scissors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    The robot grinding stations of the RSP series can be configured to achieve bevel grinding on mounted coated scissors.
    Different processing stations are used depending on the requirements and workpiece properties. Automated cell for laser cladding in conjunction with a six-axis robot for guiding the laser source and\/or loading and unloading the device. <\/p>\n

      Polishing surgical scissors<\/span><\/h2>\n

      The CNC-controlled PS double shaft polishing machine is designed for polishing bone nails, bone plates, scissors and similarly shaped workpieces. The machine is equipped with a control system in which all process parameters are programmed in a user-friendly manner and saved depending on the workpiece. <\/p>\n

      Thanks to the short changeover time of just a few minutes, the machine can also produce small batches economically. PLC control for setting the machine (paths, distance, speed, etc.) <\/p>\n
